My idea is about a charachter called the executioner prowling the wilderness with all combat stats maxed. It will not be a NPC but a charachter controlled by jagex. there will only be one of these and because u cannot beat it with raw power high level players will ahve to use their skills. also all the drops collected by the executioner will dissapear so no one can get them. but if you kill the executioner you get an ultra rare item(s) like full dragon. because the executioner is a player from jagex he will also be allowed to use food potions and everything we can use.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

i just had a wild idea ... what if if you kill him you get a dragon 2h\? non tradeable.

make new character .... give max all skills ..... control it.

ok i like this idea but maybe have a different drop?? i really can't think of anything right now cept elementals swords that do extra say 1 hit per turn or something like that maybe someone else can come up with a good drop?

executioner is a normal player so i gess he can wear full dharoh if he wants to meelee ahrim for mage n dat range one for range

my only problem with this is that who in jagex is going to be playing this character. I mean they all have their jobs to do working on the game. Would they be hiring someone to play as this character? That seems like a waste of money for them when they can just program an npc that has the power to use potions and stuff like that, and have player like stats.

i gess dey would put an npc in

 

 

 

but i prefer players as dey are just plain better no matter how advanced npcs are

 

 

 

also i only want dere to be a max of one executioner per world

Dictionaries. Lots of them. And guides for how to type without cussing or being a general moron.

how about blade gaunlets say same speed as scimmy but a lil bit srong thats dragon scimmy for p2p and rune scimmy for f2p if jagex is ever going to do that which they won't do it for f2p but yeah whatever. what you guys think about that drop?

make it compleatly random :evil: could be drag chain, or could be egg. have it a selection of every droppable item in rs (not counting quest items)

How bout a dragon full helmet, I can live without the drag kite or drag sword but a FULL helmet. They could make it look so awesome.

But on the other hand, what fun is it playing with maxed out stats killing ppl and not being able to have their drops. Nor xp, nor money gain. Is he going to be PK-ing, or is he just wandering about waiting to be assaulted. Maybe it should be a NPC, only, one with a huge wander area. Say lvl 10 - lvl 50 wildy.

would he be restriced to level restirctions like everyone else? i dont realy want to fight a maxed char on my level 28 mage if u goto the castle

they should make executioner a random event that pops up with full dharoks and auto kills you

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But when killed youl be sent to fally or lumby with all your stuff so you lose nothing. And for being killed you get a random prize

one thing is it can't be too expensive cause someone is going to like hide behind rock and mage him or range him beacuse jagex isn't going to have someone controling the character so either they have to make him really smart or put him in a place where there is nothing no hide behind and still the drap shouldn't be expensive or it should be untradable

so then teams and teams of players will keep attacking it..... not a good idea

ok it will be in a non-multicombat area and each time a new person attacks it it gets a new full inventory that would look like a normal person who is going out pking that way you can't team up on it ok?

k how bout dis it will be a random event for wen u r in lvl 55 wildy u will be teleported to an arena were u will face him n to make it a bit easier he will be the class u r strong to

 

 

 

or should he be the class u r weak to?

 

 

 

neway the arena will have nothing to hide behind

 

 

 

and the drop depends on which class u are

 

 

 

d item for warriors

 

 

 

battle staff for mages (steam?)

 

 

 

and a bow for rangers or d arrows

so right when you get to lvl 55 wildy will you be teleported or should he be in an arena in lvl 55 wildy?? and i think that if you are mage then he is a mage and so on or should it be you warrior him mage??? which do you guys think?

if he was da same class he wuld be stronger as all his stats are maxed

 

 

 

and no if u get to lvl 55 wild u have a small chance (it a random event) to get teleported to an arena dats not in the wild but some other random place. if u win u r teled back
