How Do I Re-Map a Single Key?

EDIT: NEW QUESTION

Why is it that when I'm using mousekeys (both normally on the numberpad and with the keys mapped elsewhere,) that whenever I use the right-click button, my left-click button then starts making "right-clicks," and I'm left with only that ability, to right-click unless I use my mouse?

Old Question, already answered:

This is a random question probably to most, but honestly, I just don't want to have to reach across my body to click on the "5" on my numberpad to make my mousekeys "click." It seems like this would be legit since it's just one input for one output, like other mousekeys. Can someone help me out?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply!

I see SharpKeys is a "Registry hack." Is this likely to cause issues with my anti-virus/protection software, or to go unnoticed by it? I'm not too tech-savvy, although I think I understand most things so far.

Also, will SharpKeys enable me to map my mouse clicks to keys on the keyboard, or just other keys on the keyboard? I suppose I could have mousekeys on and map my NumPad "5" to something else, but mapping right-click would be awesome as well.

Feel free to send up a red flag (anyone) if this is not a legit thing to do in playing RS. I definitely don't want to break any rules as a law-abiding citizen of Gielinor. Thanks!

The word hack is a little deceiving. Its just a program that alters your registry, I use it the same way you want to, remapping mousekeys. I've never tried using it for the mouse, I don't think it would work but I just rebind the 5 key. Remapping your keyboard is in no way illegal and is in no way against the ToS.

Wonderful. Thanks again for the information.

Last questions: Do I discern correctly that right-clicking with my keyboard is out of the question, then, because there is not a right-click option with mousekeys (that I know of)?

Never mind, just figured out how to right-click with mousekeys. Thanks again!

New question in the original post, although I'll post it here as well:
