Fill pouches *FILL lurker ir titan pouch with ess depending on rc level* run to altartele to bank This, you should make 2,500 ess ish per hour (5k astrals), if you focus and therefore xp is 2.5k time the astral base xp. Use an ess pouch as you generally dont need the run energy, it pretty much recharges over time. Sorry the numbers are a bit vague went from 822 - 84 there but that was a few months ago Solo GWD'er Drops: Bandos Hilt x 1/ boots x 1 / Steam staff x 1 / Shards x 9 99 Str/ 99 Att/ 99 HP (More to come...)
