April 25, 201016 yr I trained my def from 92 to 99 with slayer and probably gained 7 slayer lvls and around 20-30m. so overall i would suggest slayer until maybe 500k to 99 def then grind it out at armored zombs.
April 25, 201016 yr Fastest is Dharoking the DT skeletons or other high HP undead. Doubt you want to do that though. Disclaimer: The above is probably inaccurate.
April 25, 201016 yr Yes slayer is defiantly the best way to go in my opinion, I wouldn't have been able to get 99 if it wasn't for slayer I probably would have gone insane by lvl 95 and as they said above I made like 10+ mil just from 97-99. April 25, 201016 yr Muggis AoW guide with your best minotaur + 10% or 15% strength prayers is very fast and not expensive like dhing monkey skellies.
