Not sure if this is the right forum, but here goes.

 

Requirements: None (though 5 thieving is required to complete the quest)

Items: Logs (any you can burn)

Monsters: None.

 

Suggested: None.

 

Start: Speak to Darren Lightfinger in the Thieves' Guild in the Cellar north of the Lumbridge furnace.

 

Darren will tell you that he needs money. After a speech (of which you can skip) about a key and a chalice, he will ask you to pickpocket the dummy. Your character automatically does this.

 

Now, speak to Chief Thief Robin about advice he may have for you. He says that the chalice is being held in the bank and that he will meet you in the castle.

 

Head to Lumbridge Castle and you will find him along the southern wall of the castle.

 

 

Talk to him, and he says that the bank no longer has the chalice. Some old wild-haired man who lives in the swamp withdrew it.

 

Head to Father Urhney (from the Restless Ghost quest) in the swamps and talk to him.

 

You cannot find an opportunity to pickpocket him and nothing you say will distract him. Go back to Robin in Lumbridge.

 

Robin says that to distract him, you need to set a fire just outside his house. He supplies you with a tinderbox.

 

Head back to Father Urhney's house and set fire right outside it. Compliment the chalice, then mention the fire.

 

He will freak out, and you have a very limited time to pickpocket him. Once you do, you obtain a key. You can now open the display case and obtain the chalice.

 

With the chalice in your inventory, tell Robin you stole it. He says to deliver it now.

 

Take it to Darren and tell him you have retrieved the chalice. After a short conversation, you are teleported out.

 

Complete!

 

Reward: 1 QP, 3 Thieves' Guild Pamphlets, access to the now-expanded Thieves' Guild
