Bursting Lobs a viable way to train mage?

Im currently 78 mage, and have lunars and ancients. I wanna get mage eventually to somewhere around 85. Is bursting lobs an efficent way to train as far as XP/HR goes?

 

I also have access to SoL and Ahrims.

It's xp/hr is medium-high at 110k xp/hr. It's not atrociously slow, but it's not fast (comparatively, when you consider stuff like Plankmake which is 150k+ xp/hr).

 

But it's still the best way to train mage.
