Iam looking for a good place to power train my defence to 80 iam currently 70 with 80 atttack and 70 str i dont wish to use slayer at this time a profit would be nice but is not a must i will be using a whip

How much do you value your time at?

Without that, and reasons why you won't get attack and str up first, I can only reccomend armoured Zombies, monkey zombies, ect.

Drops: Black Mask.

Clue rewards: Sara Plate, 2 Robins, Some other random stuff.

If you want profit and don't want to train slayer, armored zombies are where it's at. The profit isn't spectacular, but you'll get charms, too, so they're not bad.

To put it bluntly, [bleep] off.

Make sure to use a salve ammy (e), best enhancing prayers you can and super sets.

Slayer's better if you want slayer exp and hate grinding, that's about it.

Ya I got to agree with lord slayer definitely the best way to go can make good profit and good xp plus isnt boring.

But if you absolutely hate slayer then az's are the best way just wear good melee armour or pray and salve ammy(e) and piety.
