whats the best thing to do with them?

Sell them, even if you plan on using them to train rc, it would be way too expensive get the talismans. Otherwise buy body talismans and get rc exp

how well do they sell in ge?

I doubt they sell well, just offer it and let it sit there

It would be faster if you mined iron at rimmington and banked at port sarim deposit box

and superheated mithril for the smithing xp

 

You dont really need the crafting levels unless your trying to raise your toatal level, being able to make diamond amulets is a waste of money since diamonds cost way more than power amulets.

im mainly making tiaras due to the fact that i wanted to raise my mining level so i decided to mine silver and make tiaras to get some crafting xp

i cant get smelt mithril as not level 50 but not that far away (2 levels?)

It would be a lot faster to mine iron (which is double the xp/hour of the next fastest method in f2p), subsequently selling it, then buying the things you need for smithing and crafting.
