Having recently returned to RS after quitting for many months I decided to get 99 Fishing. I fished rocktails and went from 93 Fishing to 99 in under three weeks. I'd highly recommend rocktails to anybody planning on getting 99 Fish, they are a great source of money and also very fast xp. Another bonus is that you barely have to pay any attention while fishing.
