Potraits..something i've been doing lately in school. :?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Try to get rid of the outlines as you do your shading. Since you didn't draw from a real life model. It is pretty easy to do the shading if you have a putty rubber and a dark pencil: 3B up to 6B, all you require is keep looking at the image for correction so things are in the right length and place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Who is this guy anyway? the hat looks familiar.

not bad overall, but theres a few things that could improve it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Hair - looks liek straw, use a sharper pencil and use flowing strokes, to ensure you get it as realistic as possible

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nostrils - are both the same height, though the rest of your face has an angle to it (your eyes are a good inch aprt in height) so you need to make them all match up

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Teeth - the person your drawing either has aweful teeth or there not being drawn correctly, looka t your own teeth, you'll see they vary on length, and how "pointy" they are, where as atm, there a bit all to similar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

overall though, its good, and the eyes which imo are the toughest part of any face, are well done, hope this helps you improve
