I just got 95 pray/overloads, and was wondering if someone could tell me good inventory?

I have verac helm

arma chest/legs/dfs/inf boots/ee

stats: 99 hp, 90 def, 95 pray, overloads+spikes for range pots, 88 summon, 99 mage.

Telling us if it's a team, or soloing would help. Either way check out this guys blog, he has some really good setups which you can slightly adapt to meet your requirements.

Also, are overloads good for 3-4 man? Is it not worth it?

No, in a 3-4 man team with the gear you stated. a uni will cover all damage what so ever. Just bring 4 brews for your first time for emergancies and then bring the regular, 4 uni pouches scrolls, super pray pots if you can, 2 extreme range pots some spikes and you know what else, just have a look at the blog i linked you.
