Extra coal to make Elemental bars, which after the quest can be made into a Body Helmet and Shield

Each Item costs 1 Body bar to make.

 

In order to make these items you MUST HAVE in your inventory: Slashed Book from the Seer's House across from the Anvils for the shield, and Book of the Elemental Helm from Elemental Workshop 2 for the Helmet.

 

 

 

Also, a side note that the shield, helmet and body together give a total bonus of:
