Bad911
Yeah, I got to room 1 and it keeps saying: "This portall does not appear to be working." This is my first time trying to kill the guy, I have done What Lies Below and I have 44 slayer. I'm kind of just chilling in here, I even dismissed my summon, but it didn't help at all. Any ideas? Did I forget to talk to an NPC because I didn't talk to anyone, I just opened up the statue with the pick and ran here.

You might have to go back to the entrance and try to arrest him. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug
Bad911
Did you talk to Surok on the surface? You might have to go back to the entrance and try to arrest him.Huh. All I see is gibberish gibberish gibberish. I did this quest quite a while back. Do I really have to go back?(You always post, <3. Although, you may claim the title "Bearer of bad news" from now on.) EDIT: In my quest log:"I need to tell Surok in Varrock that he is under arrest." Is crossed out. Maybe I need my beacon ring?
Aiel
surok should be in the cave, you talk to him and then follow him. You may also have to talk to him in the varrock library. DK drops (solo/LS): 66 hatchets, 14 archer rings, 13 berserker rings, 17 warrior rings, 12 seerculls, 13 mud staves, 7 seers ringsQBD drops: 1 kite, 2 visages, 4 dragonbone kits, 3 effigies, lots of crossbow partsCR vs. CLS threads always turn into discussions about penis size....It's not called a Compensation Longsword for nothing.I've sent a 12k combat mission to have Aiel assassinated (poor bastard isn't even Pincers-tier difficulty). Bad911
I just killed Bork, was I supposed to attack Soruk at all? He had an attack option, but I was kind of preoccupied with the giant 267 trying to murder me.
Sinkhan
I just killed Bork, was I supposed to attack Soruk at all? He had an attack option, but I was kind of preoccupied with the giant 267 trying to murder me. You killed him which is all you need to do. From now on, you can take a shorter path to bork and fight him. Check the Tip.it map here. The entrance shown is the one just north of the Monastery/Prayer guildish place. Small tip here: Bring an antifire shield. Chamber 6 has a bronze and sometimes hangs around the entrance. That fire breath can do nasty 300s and 400s. Surok won't be there in future fights, but a generic mage that just looks like him and attacking him does nothing. He'll still hit you with super accurate mage attacks, but he does them a lot less often so you should just buff it out with food. I also learned from zaaps1 that you can totally avoid the mage's attacks if you run to a corner and essentially get as far as possible from the and use bork himself to break your line of sight with the mage. During your daily bork encounters, make sure you kill those small orks as long as your prayer and food permits (I usually just bring 10-12 tunas now and find it it to be more than enough. Bringing better food and more of it might be better since you're new to it). They have a 100% charm drop, even if they're usually golds. What I try to do is get him down to a sliver of health and then switch attention to the orks. If my prayer looks like it's getting low (like 10-15 points) or I'm running low on food, then I can quickly finish him off. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement. Also check out my blug

This, except it doesn't always work. Often, though, you can escape damage for a good portion of the fight.
