this topic is so you guys can tell me quests located in a certain area so i can finish large amounts of quests at one time.

First off: Lumbridge

Free quests are excluded.

As great as this idea seems, quests usually start in one location, send you to another place, and have you end up at a third. I remember when I did the first part of recipe for disaster. The cook wanted me to make some simple cocktail, but I had to walk all the way to the Grand Tree to get some ingredient. Perhaps you should try figuring out the order you do quests through something else, maybe by what titles seem interesting to you or how many quest points it gives you (which usually gives a light idea of how long the actual quest is).
