Greatsilverwyrm
I have a UPS (uninterruptable power supply), and it comes with a utility to monitor the UPS and make the computer shut down on power loss, etc.. The app sits in the tray and gives you notifications sometimes, and if you double-click the tray icon (or select the item from the right click menu), it'll launch the utility where you can monitor the UPS, etc. However, recently, the tray app hasn't been able to launch the utility. It pops up with a green box (the interface is green) the size of the utility, then errors out. I can however launch the utility manually from where it's installed. I realize this is a rather obscure problem, but any help would be appreciated.

We are sorry for the inconvenience." and offers to send the error report containing: "szAppName : upsc[Caution: ExecutableFile] szAppVer : 2.1.8.0 szModName : unknown szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000"
