Sir_Kurity
Don't even bother. At anything past level 40, mage may as well not exist in F2P, its not good for KO's, and its not good for consistent damage. Teleblock may be its one redeeming feature, but it costs like 10 mill to get there. So basically, forget mage exists, maybe train it a bit to get your HP up, but mainly be a range 2her. Akronolir
10 mil isn't too hard to make... The Dwarven Mage
Sir_Kurity
Its not that easy either, especially as a pure. And even then, your only using the magic for ONE thing, teleblock, which will likely not help you very much because most people just PK around edgeville anyway. Akronolir
Lets say he gets P2P, what kind of stats should he go for? 99 Mage on all non combat spells means I could be lvl 50 combat :) The Dwarven Mage
PvpDynasty
If you go 35 mage 25 hp, very low combat, you're good. If you go 59 mage 45 hp with 50 dung and arcane blast neck, you're okay. If you go anything else, go home. Anything else sucks.

And then alch to 90 or whatever should he really feel the need. Also either pick ranged, melee or both for KO's. And keep those levels on par with magic. Really, specialising too much in a single area benifits no one but your enemy. Especially in a mages case, which normally has subpar KOing abilities in comparison to other combat styles.
