There's two:

Lady Heinous - The unofficial Tip.it Clan Chat

Codguy - Blogscape Chat (also a common Tip.It based Clan Chat)

 

each one has it's different users, I personally would recommend Lady H's mostly since Codguys is composed of alot of common tif'ers who know each other a lot, so "fresh meat" might take some time getting used to it there. But either way each is fine.
