I am almost 78 herblore and training to get up to extremes. To make extremes do you use a 3 or 4 dose vial of lets say super defense to make extreme defense? Just trying to prepare to have them ready for when I do get up to extremes.

3 dose, and if you have 4 dose, you can go to Nardah to the herbalist and she'll decant 4 dose into 3 dose for a small fee.
