Besides what you are doing the next 'big' thing is going to be the obvious monster hunting, which your stats are a little low to be a great monster hunter. You can team with some people and coin/lootshare or maybe solo mage rex (still could benefit from higher mage/prayer/defense.

 

People also do alot of combat training that can profit alot, things that come to mind is camping higher level slayer monsters for their drops, and banking dragon bones/hides. Having a decent beast of burden definitly helps increase the gp per hour.

I would think about rcing. Since you can use graahks, you can easily get 400k profit per hour doing nats. Rcing is a consistent income whereas boss hunting is not. When I get my prayer and combats higher, I will turn to bossing for income, however. It will take a lot of capital to do that, so I will continue rcing for the time being.
