I have 99 of them, and my crafting is level 73, what should I do with them to make some money to put towards herblore?

Making glories or sell them not really many options there... Looks like you have room to maybe profit making glories.

You could find someone to assist you. All they need is 87 since they can boost.

Or sell and invest in a better way to train your crafting or herb as you said. Selling as stone or glories nets you practically the same gp...
