Chaos Dwarf Battlefield

Hi, i wanted to spend some time at the chaos dwarf battlefield in prospect of a d pickaxe, i know it's a super rare drop, but i want to have fun rather than grind lvls at the moment, so i was wondering, since its multicombat, is it really easy to die (my stats in sig)? Should i bring ring of life? Are hand cannons more often of a drop? Thanks :P

Chaos Dwarf Battlefield is fun, and the setup isn't that hard.

 

I take Veracs, Neitiznot Helm, and whip with defender. Since the Chaos Dwogres will never be aggressive, the only problem that leads to is the Chaos Dwarf Handcannoners. That's where the veracs come in handy, since it is recommended to have Protect from Range on. My strategy is to lure the hand cannoners to the south or the north wall, and kill them lined up. But always have Protect from Range on, since they can hit 380 max.

 

Once they are non-aggressive, you can start killing the hand cannoners that are being attacked by the Black Guards. And remember to bring food, since you can't summon a bunyip yet. Because of this, you won't last that long. And if all else fails, bring a teleport and ROL.

 

Good luck with a Dragon PIckaxe, and yes, hand cannons are a bit common. Got like 3-4 and 800 shots last time I went. :thumbup:

I agree with that setup but I'd kill dwogers for the first 30 minutes because they're easy to trap and then you wont agro the cannoneers so you dont need prayer. GL with a pick, I dont think its all that rare. And dont hesitate to kill a reg chaos dwarf if it gets on you thats how I got mine.
