Ok so I got a new graphics card a few days ago and was eager to finally play Crysis, the problem is in the menu it's as if my mouse isn't calibrated with the game, and the position of my actual pointer is actually like 400 pixels to the left and up, meaning i cannot select some things etc, how can I fix this?

I wouldn't of thought that would really effect my pointer, but it's a Radeon 8500GTX, I think that's the correct name.
