Hi my question is, does the spirit terrorbird always work as an invisible +1 boost to Agility, or is it only when you use the scroll?

the spirit terrorbird does not give u invisible agility bonus and using the scroll give u +2 bonus

It always gives you the boost, regardless of if you've used a scroll or not.
