Strange Option

While logging into Runescape I had a black screen and an option in the left corner "Talk to Wiglaf". I was standing in the iron spawn site in the Dwaren Mines, the one near the new Mysterious Entrance. I was wondering if anyone knew what this was and any help on this would be helpful.

Never mind I found him. That is really strange for that to be showing up in the Dwaren Mines.

Sometimes when you log in, the game lags and the screen isn't where it's supposed to be.

 

For example when I'm in Varrock or Edgeville and log in, for a second or two I'm looking at the GE.

This. I get the same exact thing a lot.

 

And once a random icon of a ball of yarn appeared in the top left corner of my gamescreen O.o
