Just a point to say, there is no lap bonus for the Ape Atoll agility course, the last obstacle "the vine" is worth 300exp

They have indeed tweaked ape atoll so vine is 300xp stead of 100xp + 200xp bonus.

Obvious test would be send a crewbie in via fairy ring (since it dumps you half way round lap and thus would skip any lap bonus)

It was not tweaked, Ape Atoll has never had a lap bonus, simply because it's too easy to fail on most obstacles, therefore the bonus would be pointless.

Jagex made the Ape Atoll course as an improvement to the skill, implementing a course which would be designed as useful for higher and lower levelled players
