ill try to help, what kind of equipment do you have?

for effective training its good to have alot of quests done too.

Also what kinda of money do you have?

Train at the shadow dungeon level 80 skeletons with a salve amulet (e) and super potions with sharks/monkfish and an excalibur, doesn't have to be enhanced, but it helps. Bring a bunyip if you can. Very good exp.
