Runecrafting guide edit

The forum for suggesting corrections to the runecrafting guide seems dead, and I had a suggestion for cheaper method to speed up crafting water runes. While members alone could spend 65,000 gp to get the amulet of glory, using the level 3 explorers ring to teleport from the water alter to the cabbage patch cuts out 1/4 of the round trip. It's both cheaper and open to ftp players if slightly slower.
