i just wanted to know how to add a border, add some lines or circles to a sig background? wanna find out how to add linework..and stuff..

thx, are there any technical terms that i shuld add in to the google search to find wat im lookin for? i dont exactly know what the pro's call "lines and circles"..in my terms atm ..lol
