Do tds drop clues? I have had some friends who say they have had a lvl 3 clue from them and seen on rsof of people claiming they do 100% drop lvl 3's and elites, but it is nowhere 100% confirmed. So do they?

i got an elite clue from a td yesterday. i've not gotten any other clues so i can't say anything about them and level threes.
