Avira Update not working [SOLUTION FOUND]

When i try updating Avira it does not work and i get message "Error in downloading file" or something alone that line. Anyone know the solution to this?

I searched Google and found this:

Hi, I had this problem and found that even though I am using Firefox, the solution is in Explorer. Open Explorer, under internet options, choose LAN settings, and under proxy server, make sure the box is UNchecked for Use a proxy server for your LAN.
