"View New Content" not working properly

Please move this topic to the appropriate Forum, I'm not sure where to post this.

 

Well I was browsing through Tip It and it was weird to see that the last post was like 35 mins ago, so I was puzzled, just checked the Clan Section and I see posts like "minute ago" "3 minutes ago" etc, but it doesn't show when I click "View New Content"
