I need to be around 1.5 grand needs to be able to handle high quality multimedia, and the top games so around 3.0+GHZ 200+gb hardrive and a decent card so far...

Your specefic requirements might benefit from the use of Dual core CPU*, and the best dual cores are made by AMD. Something like this should work.
