Best gravite weapon?

I was just wondering if anyone knew which is the best gravite weapon for f2p pking. I know all about the ups and downs of the chaotic weapons, but I never hear anything about gravite so I was curious.

That's likely because, to be frank, there's little reason to bother with gravite. It's extremely straightforward and there's no real debate in it.

 

Gravite Rapier = improved Rune Scimitar

 

Gravite Longsword = improved Rune Longsword

 

Gravite 2H = improved Rune 2H

 

Use improved weapon over the Rune predecessor. For example, training in the SoS warrants Gravite Rapier, while range-2h pkers would appreciate the gravite 2h for KOs over the rune 2h. Since Rune Longsword is never better than Rune Scimitar, the Gravite Longsword doesn't have a real use.

 

It's not like Chaotic where you can debate about the applications at boss monsters, how stuff like Vengeance complicates PvP worth, how some slayer monsters require certain items, etc etc. It's so straightforward in f2p that I can be summed up in the 3 statements above.

Gravite 2h sucks for range 2h pking unless you are a really fast at f keys and switching. The default option of gravite 2h is slash when you switch from your bow, but it has -4 slash attack and 90 crush attack.
