I actually like the second one although i suggest minor changes

Smaller Height

Takout the black brushed wavy thing on the left

move the color blob right and resize it smaller

Lower text position and if needed resize

try that out and post the result

maybe put a blur on the text (second one) to match the color blob. I like it
