Help with sig [Need somone to add a pixel figure]

I've been trying to add a pixel figure to it, but I just can't seem to get it right. So please could one of you add the person.

Im not here to have a go at you or at drawing the figure in, but I have to say, that shading look suspiciously gradient, No offence, and im not saying you did just gradient it in, because you most likely didnt, but try not to make it look like you did.

Yeah, I agree a little. You need to make it more wood-effect-ish. Add some woodgrain and stuff, make it less... Bland. And is the tree supposed to be that big? :P

Yeah, I was thinking about that. how can I do this? by using less colours?
