Doing something twice a week isn't going to make any dramatic changes. Exercising (in my opinion, of course) should be down three to four times a week.

 

A good diet is everything. I recommend eating whole foods and none of the processed crap people usually eat.

What is your training like right now (including football)? Also, what type of kickboxing is it? Maybe I can give you more insight the more I know about it.

 

But yes, twice a week of kickboxing would make you lose body fat and make you leaner along with football.

 

kickboxing + water + diet = burn calories & cleans toxins & lose weight
