So here it is, my blog on the wondrous forums of the Tip.it community. Many of you won't know me, which isn't strange, since I'm not a notorious poster on the forums. However, since I'm also blogging on one of the Dutch runescape community forums, I decided to also host a blog on Tip.it, maybe to get to know some new people, since I'm very lonely...

 

About me

First thing first! My name is Jurjen. I'm 21 years old an live in Enschede, in the eastern part of the Netherlands. I live in a small apartment with 3 of my friends. I study at the Twente University, where I'm a 3rd year Business Administration student. Apart from studying I like to work out, watch movies and do fun stuff with friends. I'm also in the administration of a stock exchange study group. This also consumes a lot of my time. But, apart from all these things and Runescape, the most time consuming in my life has to be my girlfriend. We've been together for 3 years now, and since she lives on the other side of the country, we only get to spent the weekends together. However, enough about my personal life. Let's get crackin'!

 

Runescape

My runescape account is named Cybellin. Why this name? I don't have a clue. I thought it sounded cool and got numerous compliments when I got it, so I'll never change it. The account is probably about 2 or 3 years old right now, but I haven't been playing constantly. I think I've played for about 1,5 to 2 years active on this account. At the day I started this blog, these are the stats on my account:

As you can see, I've got 2 99 skills: Magic and Fletching.

I got my first 99, Magic, on June 7th in 2009. This after a lot of mouseclicking. :blink:

 

Back then, alching was kind of expensive so I wasted all of my hard earned money. A friend of mine then told me there was some good profit to be made out of fletching broad-tipped bolts, so I decided to dedicate 2 weeks to that. On June 19th in 2009 I achieved 99 fletching, my second cape! :lol:

 

Goals

These are the goals I'm focusing on. More goals will be added as time passes.

Farming rules, gl with that one! And the other lvls too - are you going to train slayer or just normal combat to lvl them up?

I'm planning on leveling all my melee skills through slayer. That's what I've been doing all the time. When I'm maxed melee, I should be about 95 slayer, so that's pretty nice.

Haha thanks! It really is a hard goal and consumes a lot of money, but I think in the end it'll be worth it.

Thank you! Also good luck with 99 farm. The time period is really crappy yea, but I get about 140k xp per day. Not the fastest way, but I'll get there in time :D

 

And now for some pictures and stuff. Yesterday, my day started early. I had to work from 8am till 2pm. After that, I tried to get some words on paper for my essay. Only a few pages left to write. Then, some time for Runescape! I checked my trees and did some slayer.

 

Had an abberant spectre task (158). The loot was reasonable and I got a clue which was, well, let's say: AWESOME!

 

I'm selling the Green Dragon Mask @ 5m in the Grand Exchange. Unfortunately, no one is buying :( Currently working on my new slayer task, 238 Warped Tortoises.
