November 2, 201015 yr Just thought I would share this awesome e-book written by Clint Cornelius (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist). It is completely free and offers a lot of information about the human body and how it works. This book is a basic yet comprehensive survey of things a human should know about the care and maintenance of their body, from nutrition and exercise to proper sleep, recovery, and conditioning. It discusses theory and current concepts and is specifically designed to be have applications for almost anyone of any age, shape, or size. Its short, to-the-point, and (hopefully) entertaining to read. You can download it here: http://brainoverbrawn.com/get-the-book/
November 4, 201015 yr Calories: Less important than you might think. Most diets, and even more dieters, obsess over the number of calories in a given item and work with near-religious fervor to try to balance this number with a flat total they attempt to not exceed......etc.......Far more critical than the number of calories is the profile of those calories Sorry but I'll have to stop reading right there. Calories are energy. If you eat more energy than your body needs, your body will store that energy. Calories are the number 1 rule. If you ate 4000 calories of the most nutritious food, you'd still be a fatass. Need assistance in any of these skills? PM me in game, my private chat is always ON

He's just stating that it's more important to eat something that is healthy for your body than something that has fewer calories. This is for people who believe they can get away with eating cake and ice cream and keep a healthy body just because they ate a low amount of calories.
