I can't be certain that all of these are wrong, but it seems like nearly all items in-game do not have the second word capitalized, and looking at them seems to confirm it. You can confirm these entries by using QuickChat and using "I got an item..." and searching for the item. In addition, the two items in the database that use the word "Taverly" should be spelled correctly.
