Aurrok
Basically the situation is, I have a desktop but when I turn it all on, all I see ever on my screen is: No Input Signal However I'm able to view my laptop on the monitor via plugging into my docking station. Why won't it work with my desktop? Btw I lacked to mention it has working plenty beforehand... ive just recently had this problem :( 99Prayer|99Strength|99Cooking|99Constitution
Corvus
Look at the back of your desktop and see if there is more than one port that fits your monitor's cable, if so try plugging it into the port that is not next to the USB ports if your computer has those on the back. (AKA, plug the monitor into the graphics card not the motherboard. I've done it myself when putting a computer back in a spot where I couldn't actually see the back of it) Thanks to DrCue at DeviantArt for the signature source
das1330
Have you tried any other monitors with that computer? Do they work?

I'll return back here once I try, Thanks Have you tried any other monitors with that computer? Do they work? I don't have another one.. But the one time I had this happen long ago, my buddy who fixed it tried one of his, and got the same result that appeared on my screen. :/ 99Prayer|99Strength|99Cooking|99Constitution
jasignhagj
Check to make sure the connection is tight if it's a VGA or DVI connector. If not, try opening up the computer and checking the connection on the graphics card.
