Shiny
So I get my computer fixed, its running fine and dandy. Until yesterday, when it hits a blue screen - the blue screen given was or something similar. Now, is that down to a virus damaging drivers, or what? What should I do? Now is a good time to mention that I am running Ubuntu off a disk, as well, to access my computer. The repair man is coming around sometime tomorrow, hopefully. Now might also be a good time to mention that my external HDD failed as well, and my data on it was lost. How would i reformat it so the hard drive works again? I have a WD My passport essentials 640GB. I also have my warranty in place. What do? I'm in desperate need of help.
Sbrideau
Is your computer running well without blue screens now? that blue screen had to do with the hard drive driver.
