I can't find the professor!

Hi guys,

 

As the title suggests, I cannot find the professor, and I need to get the chart off of him to do a clue because I lost my last one.

 

I am in his house north of the observatory but only his assistant is there :S

 

So basically I'm stuck

The professor is IN the observatory.

 

You have to go down into the basement of his house and through the dungeon up to the observatory
