The Combat Guide corrections

Featured Replies

Hello there Tip.it peoples!

I was reading the combat guide and I noticed that you had mentioned about where you can change your spawn location to when you have died, and I quote:

If you reach 0 LP you will die and re-appear in Lumbridge with only the 3 best items you had in your inventory at the time. If you had a 'skull' over your head from Abyss Runecrafting or Bounty Hunter, you will lose all your items that were in your inventory. In all cases, you can't lose what is in your bank. (Members can change their respawn point to Falador after completing the Recruitment Drive quest, or to Camelot after completing the King's Ransom quest.)

However: It is to my understanding that after Nomads Requiem you can change your spawn point to Soul wars in edgeville, which is not mentioned in the above section. Could this be checked out?

Also: The dragon Scimitar in the table on the same guide has the wrong price on it: I got mine for 100k in varrock, but you have to complete monkey madness to be able to use the monkey in the sword store.

Well spotted since op seems uncertain:

Yes nomad's reqium allows for soulwars respawn.

Also the d scimmy thing is weird why "maximum price of 108k" im sure d long culd go up to 108k in the lost city store, but the base price is 100k same as d scimmy in both ape atoll and varrock.

Also as an extra the camelot info is wrong.

King's Ransom does NOT give camelot respawn; it unlocks the Knight Waves mini-quest or challenge.

Knight Waves is what unlocks camelot spawn.

Crew edit: Added the following information on Knight Waves. ~ Sonikku

Operation Gold Sparkles :: Chompy Kills ::  Full Profound :: Champions :: Barbarian Notes :: Champions Tackle Box :: MA Rewards

Dragonkin Journals :: Ports Stories :: Elder Chronicles :: Boss Slayer :: Penance King :: Kal'gerion Titles :: Gold Statue

Hello there!

Thank you for your corrections! The information you stated above have been added to the combat guide. We appreciate your help. :)
