The steps required to occur within seers/cathurby are:

Farm Potato

Fish Tuna

Fish Salmon

Make Pastry Dough

Make Pie Shell

Make Pie

Bake Pie

 

Getting flour/water are not required to occur within the seers/cathurby area, so you can easily get your flour from ardougne as long as you head back to seers BEFORE you mix it into pastry dough.
