Hello, I was killing red dragons in the wilderness and tip.it does not say that they drop effigys, but I in fact found one, I also saw that blue dragons drop Starved ancient effigy, so i thing you just forgot to add them to red dragons, I would have taken a screen shot but got jumped by rev sorry :(
