Okay, I just recently got an itouch and found the textplus app. It supposedly gives free testing so I was wondering if I could use it to get membership. I have a phone number just for this app and I just want to know if I will get charged at all. You don't get charged for regular texts but would this be different?

When you pay for something via MMS or SMS, the system takes your number and carrier, and submits a charge through your carrier that shows up on your monthly phone bill. If you are not paying a monthly bill, the carrier is going to deny the charge, and the company is going to deny you the purchase.

 

tl;dr: No it won't work.
