January 9, 201115 yr Just downloaded Swiftkit for the first time, the dung party took lured me into it. Anyhow, when I try and launch it I get "35761 Request timed out" which I need to kick okay to which gives me "Run Time error '13': type mismatch. When I okay that then it closes. Help?! January 9, 201115 yr Try closing Swiftkit and changing your update server. If it works then the server you were trying to connect to is down. If not then it is probably a security issue. What OS and security software are you running? Visit my Toolscape blog

I'm not very familiar with the software so I can't guide you through that. The file that you need to add to the list is most likely located at: C:\Program Files\SwiftKit\Swiftkit[Caution: Executable File] Visit my Toolscape blog
January 10, 201115 yr I know that there is a problem that can be solved if you right click on the icon on your desktop, and click run as administrator (even if you're logged on as administrator), but I don't know if that's your problem or not.
