At what level should I start doing teams?

And while doing solo should I be doing mediums or smalls?

I suggest you get to 50+ before getting into the mess of w117, while soloing, you should do the top 5 floors available to you in c6 med, while the others can either be c1 or c6 smalls.

Just out of curiosity how much slower is solo past 50 than teaming?

Teams are always better than soloing. The problem is finding a team at lower levels. If you can get a team together for one, do it. If not, solo to the best of your ability.

As Zaaps as said, you want to do as much teaming as possible, you could go to w117 now if you wanted too, but its always better to do it with friends.

You should try to find friends and start a perm team. It's by far the best way to get to higher levels. Even if it's just duos and trios, it's still better than soloing. If you have a friend who's good at it and is willing to help, that's even better.
