Here at Legacy, we don't care about what 99 you have, we accept anyone who has spent time working on any skillcape (even it was a couple of days cooking or fletching :P). A skillcape is designed to show your achievement when getting 99 in a skill, why call someone with a more common cape, a noob? The Clan has many future events planned, but we need you to make them all happen.
