Half of the topic goes black

When I open a topic up, after a second or two the top half of the topic goes black, I've tried the obvious stuff like restarting etc. It happens on Firefox, Chrome and IE so it's not a browser issue. It's just really annoying because I can read so little of the topic at a time, it only happens when I open forum topics also, browsing through the main forum page and writing this topic is fine, but once I view my topic it will happen.

 

Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this? :S

Currently not active on RuneScape.

That's seriously weird. Does it happen on other forums,or when you're logged out?
